Response Time Guidelines
- Unplanned calls may not be responded to immediately. Queries should be compiled by TechGrowth Solutions SPOC and sent once a week.
- Small queries (e.g. technical queries) - reply in 1 day over email/call.
- Big queries (e.g. RGS, CAS, appraisal-related) - reply in 1 week over email/call.
Monthly Update Protocol
Structured approach for monthly governance calls.

Delay Management Protocol
Approach for handling project delays.
All delays shall be logged in the WBS from both sides with 'Delay' mentioned in the status.
Both parties are aware of the accumulated delays and its impact on the overall timelines.
Focus to get the current tasks on hand to be completed soon, rather than negotiate the final timelines.
